For those of you that have Satellite units 3 or more hours away from your main unit, what is your response time for repairs? We currently have 2 spare machines in our Satellite units and if one goes down we will make arrangements to repair on our next regular visit. If two are down then we will make a trip within the next couple of days. If emergency arises such as RO going down, then we will leave ASAP.
